Ted Davis

Ted serves Kensington Investment Company as the Vice President of Capital Projects. In this role, he focuses on improving the quality and value of all KIC’s real estate holdings by managing and driving all capital and value add projects. Previous to Kensington, Ted worked for Akelius Real Estate Management as a construction manager in Boston portfolio, managing building restorations capital improvement projects. Previous to Akelius, he worked in construction management, overseeing large scale infrastructure projects in Vancouver BC. Joined the company: 2019 Ted received a Bachelor’s of Civil Engineering from McGill University and holds both Massachusetts Real Estate and Construction Supervisor licenses.”
