Sara Salazar

Sara began her employment with Kensington Investment Company as Service Quality Manager and was then promoted to Property Manager overseeing the Dorchester and Mattapan Portfolio. Her goal is to achieve high service excellence and maintain a consistent resident retention rate. She is also responsible for managing the leasing, marketing, and budget plans and for ensuring that the buildings are maintained at high standards. Sara graduated from Emerson College with an MA in Integrated Marketing Communications in 2002 and in 2013 received an MA Certificate in Early Education, Research, and Policy from the University of Massachusetts. She lives in the Mattapan area with her husband and son. Joined the company: 2014 “Dream, but don’t let dreams be your master.”
