Morgan is our accountant in KIC’s construction division. She tracks all the capital and “value added” projects in KIC’s real estate portfolio, supporting our real estate operations team in Boston.
Before joining KIC, Morgan worked as a project accountant at a large construction company with projects largely based in Maine and the Boston area.
She graduated from Salve Regina University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and minors in marketing and communications. Outside of the office, Morgan enjoys reading, spending time on the Cape, and participating in outdoor activities.
