Assistant Property Manager
Erik Foley is KIC’s assistant property manager at 28 Exeter. He serves as the liaison between 28 Exeter residents and KIC management and also assists KIC’s Dorset property team.
Before joining us, Erik owned Gidana Vacation Rentals. As a real estate investor and former business owner, Erik brings extensive knowledge of real estate acquisitions, management and leasing as well as significant property management skills to the Exeter team.
In his spare time, Erik enjoys photography, hiking and skiing. A major hockey fan, he even played professional hockey for the St. Louis Blues for a short time. Erick lives in
