Grand Circle Travel/Overseas Adventure Travel was named one of “Boston’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®.” The National Association for Business Resources surveyed nominated businesses across the Greater Boston region to select companies which have distinguished themselves with the most innovative and thoughtful approaches to human resources and employee enrichment.
Organizations are assessed based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and more. Assessors specifically look for evidence that nominated companies reflect the motto of “Better Business, Richer Lives, Stronger Communities.” The in-depth assessment involves employee feedback, gathered by an independent third party, and measures firms against the achievements of their peers not only regionally but nationally. Only 45 businesses made the cut to be named “Boston’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®.”
Amanda Iacono, Vice President for Culture & Wellness, congratulated Grand Circle associates, writing, “It’s because of YOU that we have received this award.” Grand Circle/Overseas Adventure Travel was formally honored for winning this award on September 14 at the Verve, Crown Plaza Boston-Natick, in a ceremony hosted by WCVB TV’s Antoinette Antonio.
