For the third year in a row, The Kensington, an eco-conscious apartment community in downtown Boston has been rated the #1 property nationwide in the annual J Turner ORA™ Power Rankings. These year-end resident satisfaction rankings monitor the online reputation of more than 14 million doors at 63,000 properties across multiple review sites. From these results, J Turner employs a proprietary model to establish a score on a scale of 1-100, and annually honors 50 properties representing the very pinnacle of the top 1%.
The Kensington not only claimed the crowning spot for an impressive third time, it improved on its own success: in 2015, The Kensington earned a score of 94, but outdid itself with a score of 96 for 2016. In comparison, the average score nationwide was 57.5, which makes the scope of the Kensington’s achievement clear.
Daniel Pereira, general manager of the property, says, “The Kensington team is extremely proud to be recognized again by J Turner Research as the top-ranking property for online reputation in the nation. This recognition affirms our unwavering commitment to providing the highest level of customer service to our residents.”
