The Kensington, an eco-conscious apartment community in downtown Boston, has just achieved recognition as #1 for online reputation in the 2015 ORA™ Power Rankings. Published by Multifamily Executive, J Turner’s ORA™ Power Rankings monitors the online reputation of more than 14 million doors across multiple review sites, such as Apartment Ratings, Yelp, and others. It then uses a proprietary model to establish a score on a scale of 1-100. Fifty-four is the average score for properties nationwide. In 2015, The Kensington ranked first among 55,000 properties across the country with a score of 94. It is the second year in a row that The Kensington has achieved this honor.
