Zac serves Kensington Investment Company as its Vice President of Real Estate in Utah. In this role he focuses on the company’s growth in the western states by identifying new acquisition/development opportunity, managing current development projects, and overseeing the general daily operations of the company’s real estate holdings in Utah.
Previous to Kensington Zac worked for Bach Homes as a project engineer in their multi-family division where he was part of the development of more than 650 apartment units in Boise, ID. Prior to this experience he worked full-time as a market research analyst for a commercial real estate brokerage in Salt Lake City (Newmark Grubb ACRES) while attending the University of Utah. It was during this time that he earned a master’s degree in Architecture as well as another master’s degree in Real Estate Development. He also attended the University of Utah for his undergraduate studies where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies and a minor in business.
