Sara joined Kensington Investment Company in May 2005 and was promoted to Manager, Legal Affairs in October 2007. In her current role, she provides all in-house paralegal services and manages all administrative matters of the Legal Department. Prior to joining Kensington, Sara was a Corporate Paralegal at Welch’s, the manufacturing and marketing arm of the National Grape Cooperative Association, Inc., supporting the Vice President and General Counsel along with two additional attorneys. She began her legal career at Arnold & Kangas, P.C., a full-service law firm in Concord, MA, and later joined Getronics, formerly WangGlobal, an ICT solutions and services provider, as an Employment Paralegal. Sara graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, a minor in Sociology, and certificates in Criminal Justice and Multi-Cultural Conflict Resolution. She was selected to participate in the first Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) internship program. She also holds a certificate from Northeastern University, School of Professional and Continuing Studies in Meeting and Event Management. She served on the Board of Advisors of the Boston Young Professionals Association from 2003 – 2007.
Sara is the recipient of the 2018 Jim O'Brien Award.
