As the Senior Real Estate Accountant, Dave is tasked with all accounting, financial statement, tax return, and audit preparations for his portfolio of KIC real-estate entities.
He obtained his B.A.S in Accounting and is wrapping up an MBA with a concentration in Finance at Southern New Hampshire University.
In his spare time, Dave enjoys hitting the beach and cooking meals with his family. He’s also an avid runner.
