Since joining the company in May 2008, Chico has overseen the day-to-day maintenance operations of the commercial portfolio of Kensington Investment Company. Chico was born in Puerto Rico and moved to Boston in 1985. Prior to joining Kensington, Chico worked at a machine shop as a construction supervisor. He is a father of three and really enjoys helping others.
