Candido is responsible for the maintenance of commercial and residential properties for Kensington Investment Company. As a Maintenance Manager, he completes tenant requests in a satisfactory manner, supervises and manages all vendors, and assures that all services are completed. His #1 goal is to achieve a high level of service excellence. Candido was born in New York and raised in Salinas, Puerto Rico. He has been in Boston since 1994. He has been married for 16 years and has three children, ages 19, 11, and 7.
