As the Director of Non-Profit Leadership, Brianna’s primary focus is to build bridges between non-profits working in Dorchester, Roxbury, Mattapan (DRM) and Pinnacle Ltd. Brianna directly advises top DRM leaders and engages over 30 non-profits in the Pinnacle Off-Site/Youth Programming Model. Prior to this role, she was the Program Director and Coach for the Lewis Family Foundation’s “Strong Leaders Program”.
Born and raised in Dorchester, Brianna attended The Jeremiah E. Burke High School where she helped lead Boston’s first women’s state championship basketball team. She received an athletic scholarship and graduated from Bentley University with a degree in Business Communication.
Brianna’s prior professional work experience focused on addressing issues of social justice as well as closing the economic and academic achievement gaps for students in the Greater Boston area. As a Program Associate at the Boston Foundation, she worked collaboratively with community leaders by providing on-site training opportunities, grants and seed funding for out-of-school time programs. She also served as the Director of Programs and Community Partnerships at The BASE, where Brianna developed programs, led key initiatives and events to support Boston Public School students.
