Since 1994, Country Brook Café has been a longstanding pillar in the Kensington community. As the new owners, we are continuing to provide the same quality service, locally-sourced, sustainably-raised food, and a friendly atmosphere.
Daniel Dumont, Director of Food Services, is leading the charge at Country Brook Cafe. Chef Dumont is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, where he earned the prestigious Certified Master Chef degree. At Country Brook Café, Chef Dumont’s focus will be to continue to develop strong bonds with the local community and business partners.
Overall, Country Brook Café’s opening week was a huge success. The restaurant welcomed many familiar and new faces from Kensington and surrounding towns last week. In addition to the opening excitement, on Veterans Day, the team at Country Brook Café was delighted to honor veterans and active duty military with a complimentary entrée of their choice.
